Acrylic is such a fabulous medium to create original abstract paintings. Its versatility enables the artist to truly get into an expressionist mode with not only an enormous selection of colour pigments available but also great flexibility in paint consistency. The artist has the flexibility to go from a smooth-running pour for creating flow paintings, to thick body gels that are applied with a palette knife.
