Buy art with confidence. We’re here to make the ordering process easy, transparent and hassle-free for you.

You can place an order by sending us the Enquiry Form you’ll find in each artwork page. You can buy art gifts directly online (coming soon), and you can buy in person during our Art Fairs and Exhibitions.


To buy Originals, Open Editions and Limited Editions from our website, please complete the Enquiry form you’ll find on each product page. This will allow us to provide you with an accurate quote including shipping costs, insurance, any customisation requests, etc depending on your destination.

As soon as we receive your Enquiry form, we’ll email you:

  • A quote with your order summary, including shipping costs, insurance, estimated delivery times and any additional requests.
  • If you’re happy to proceed with your order, we’ll email you an invoice with all the information you need and a link to make the payment.
  • Once the payment is received, we’ll email you an order confirmation containing your order summary.
  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is dispatched, including the tracking number from our certified shipping partners.


You can buy the Art Gifts online by adding them directly to your shopping basket and then proceeding to the checkout.

As soon as we receive your order, we will email you:

  • An order confirmation email with your order summary and the estimated delivery times.
  • A shipping confirmation email when your order is being dispatched, including the tracking number from our certified shipping partners.


You can buy in-person from Baron Grafton Arthouse during our art exhibitions and art fairs.

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive:

  • A paper copy of your order Form/ Invoice will be given to you at the moment of placing the order.
  • A payment receipt will be emailed to you after completing the payment.
  • An Order Confirmation email with your order summary and the estimated delivery times. This confirms that your order is now confirmed in our system
  • We’ll email you a shipping confirmation including the tracking number from our certified shipping partners, unless you take the purchased artwork with you directly from the Art Fair or Exhibition venue.


When your order is ready to be shipped we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email, including details of the shipping company and the tracking number for your order. You can then enter your tracking number in the courier's website (i.e.- DHL, UPS or DPD) to follow the delivery status.

If you need an order urgently or have any questions about your order, please reply to the email we have sent you with your order confirmation and we'll do our best to help!

We will provide you with an estimated delivery time before you complete your order. Generally:

  • Originals are delivered within 10 - 14 days of your order being placed.
  • Limited Editions are produced to order, and will take around 7-21 days.
  • For framed artworks, this can take 4 – 6 weeks as all frames are custom-made once an order is placed.

This excludes Customs clearance time, over which we have no control, and which vary from country to country.

When your order was shipped we emailed you a shipping confirmation including the order tracking number. You can enter your tracking number on the courier's website (i.e.- DHL, UPS or DPD) to follow the delivery status.


Please follow these guidelines upon receiving your order.

  1. Check the package for any damage. Please take photos as proof for us to be able to contact our shipping partners. If the package looks damaged contact CustomerServices before you open the packaging.
  2. Please open your artwork carefully.
  3. Remove your artwork slowly and carefully from its packaging.
  4. Inspect the artwork carefully as to its contents and condition. Before you hang your artwork please take photos of it, both front and back, and email them to us. We like the reassurance that the artwork has arrive safely. In the case of unframed prints please take photos before you send the artwork to your framer.
  5. Your artwork has been professionally packed with quality materials to protect it during shipping. Please do not throw away any of the packing materials provided until you are completely satisfied with the artwork. These will be required if you request a return.
  6. Separate the certificate of authenticity from the artwork and store it in a safe place. We advise that the COA should not be kept with the work.

We understand that packaging takes a lot of space, and at the same time, we can’t avoid using packaging to send your beautiful orders safely. We care about our precious planet and prioritise recycling, reusing and using eco-friendly packaging alternatives whenever possible.

Prices are inclusive of UK VAT (where applicable). 

PLEASE NOTE: For international customers the VAT amount is removed at the checkout once you fill in your country’s delivery destination. Therefore you’ll not be paying UK VAT on your order.

For customer requesting a bespoke quote, VAT will only be included for UK customers.
