We ship to the UK, USA / Canada, all EU & EEC Countries, and major world destinations. DELIVERY TIMES

After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation from us.

Every Limited Edition Print and Frame are bespoke and made for you once your order is placed. This is the best way to create a beautiful product with attention to detail each time and caring about the environment by minimising waste.

We aim to ship your order within:-

• Original works of Art ( eg Original Canvasses ) typically 5 - 10 Business Days

• Framed Limited Edition Prints ( eg Mounted on Aluminium Dibond ) typically 10 - 18 Business Days. Please note that these are made to order and are a non returnable item.

• Unframed Limited Edition Prints ( eg Archival Pigment Prints on paper without a frame ) typically 7 to 10 Business Days

• Bespoke Framed Limited Edition Prints ( eg Archival Pigment Prints on paper ) typically 4 - 8 Weeks. Note:- Our frames are made to order, at busy times it may take longer to frame an artwork. Also please note that as these are made to order and can not be returned.

Note:- Shipping times will vary for buyers outside of the UK, depending on the customs clearance requirements of the country of destination. This may involve our shipping partners contacting you to pay import duties and taxes.

SHIPPING

When your order is ready to be dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number from our certified shipping partners, so you will know when your order will be delivered. 

REFUNDS & RETURNS SUMMARY

It's OK if you change your mind. Sometimes with the best will in the world, the artwork you ordered does not seem right for you. 

• Timeline Let us know if you wish to return the artwork within 30 days from when you received it.
• Refunds Once we have received the returned artwork we will issue you a refund. Please Note some artwork types are not eligible for returns/refunds, and that there may be costs involved in issuing refunds. see our full cancellation, returns and refund policy for full details.
